The menu has a firm emphasis on using the best, fresh, locally-sourced Scottish produce, combined with a modern French twist. Ballachulish House prides itself on maintaining the highest standards that include outstanding service and ambience. We constantly strive for culinary perfection to offer you the best dining experience the Highlands have to offer. Building upon the historic French influence within the region, the fixed nightly menu is preceded by canapés in the drawing room by the fire. Guests are often entertained by our resident piper, Mr. Stephen Granger, before being escorted into the dining room for coffee, tea and petit fours.

Soups
represent the second course of the meal and provide a seasonal
tasting of fresh ingredients from the region-- all locally grown

Dessert
is the crowning glory to the meal. In addition to a selection
of fine Scottish cheeses from various regions we also offer
selections such as
